Provides expert-level capability in shaping solution approaches, solving highly ambiguous business problems, influencing strategic decisions, and advancing enterprise capability. Drives innovation, optimization, and long-term value creation across solution portfolios while ensuring alignment to business strategy and operational priorities. Essential Job FunctionsDefine solution frameworks and advanced approaches for complex analytical and automation initiatives. - (20%)Lead the design and delivery of solutions across multiple, cross-domain use cases and solution portfolios. - (15%)Solve highly complex business and technical problems, evaluating tradeoffs and long-term implications. - (15%)Shape and influence solution strategy, approach, and prioritization across initiatives. - (15%)Drive enterprise-level alignment on solution direction, standards, and delivery expectations. - (10%)Oversee solution portfolios to ensure scalability, sustainability, and long-term effectiveness. - (10%)Advance automation and AI capabilities through innovation, optimization, and adoption of new approaches. - (5%)Influence stakeholders at senior levels to align on priorities, investments, and strategic outcomes. - (5%)Mentor and provide technical leadership to team members; elevate overall solution capability and maturity. - (5%)Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.10+ years of experience delivering and defining advanced analytical and automation solutions across complex, cross-domain environments.Experience includes solving ambiguous problems using advanced analytics, machine learning, NLP, and automation frameworks, and shaping solution architectures across technologies.Demonstrated expertise in selecting appropriate methodologies (ML modeling, text analytics, RPA orchestration).Experience with GenAI capabilities (LLM strategy, enterprise use cases) is expected.
