Patient Services Specialist - Outpatient Rehab

Under the general direction of department leadership, the Patient Services Specialist performs a variety of tasks related to patient scheduling, pre-registration, and authorization/verification of benefits in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The Patient Services Specialist cultivates working relationships between therapists, practitioners, and patients.

Required Qualifications:  

• 1 year of experience with patient scheduling

Preferred Qualifications:  

• 1 year of billing or insurance company experience
