KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform gate Gate in/Gate out transactions ,issues/receives Delivery order and EIR respectively
Equipment validation for drop off as per Maersk and 3PSL guides and procedures
Update relevant information in the Data Management System (DMS)
Capturing gate in data into DMS for every equipment validated and duly surveyed in line with existing SOPs
Generating both gate in and gate out EIRs and issuing the same to transporters
Receiving and verifying export client booking confirmations and issuing loading slips in accordance with existing SOPs
Generates internal and external reports and share with stakeholders
Reviewing and responding to internal/external customer queries with complete, concise, and accurate response that help to resolve issues expeditiously
Processing, planning and executing equipment evacuation as per guidelines of every shipping line and as per existing internal SOPs
Be part of and help steer engagement among team members
Constantly be part of a robust safety culture through identification and reporting unsafe conditions/behavior in work environment
Recognize customer satisfaction and take authorized action to address, resolve it and prevent in the future
Monitor road traffic at the gate and yard to ensure safety of all personnel at the area
Participate in all internal training and cross-training others in the team
Other duties as directed by management/Supervisor
Accountable for:
Gate in and Gate out moves
Daily reports on gate in and gate out
Routine gate operational duties
Safety of work environment/office furniture and tools/materials for Safety in work space
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
Team player with work schedule discipline and prioritize tasks
Sound detail orientation when working with data
High level of work organization
Prioritization of time-sensitive tasks while maintain accuracy
A self-starter and goal seeker
Excellent problem-solving skills when dealing wit high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
