Help shape the next generation of GaN-based power semiconductor technologies and drive innovative metallization solutions from initial process concepts through to high-volume manufacturing. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge 300 mm technologies within an international development environment and contribute directly to bringing new power semiconductor solutions to market. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Develop Cu metallization and pad concepts for GaN-based power semiconductor technologies on 300 mm wafers Drive process concepts from idea generation through development and transfer to manufacturing Optimize technologies with regard to stability, yield, reliability, and production costs Collaborate closely with process and integration engineers to define, implement, and optimize process requirements Support ambitious development projects with a strong focus on fast technology industrialization Work within international and cross-site development teams in close collaboration with colleagues in Villach and Regensburg Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Degree in Microsystems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related scientific or technical field Initial experience in semiconductor process development or process integration, ideally in the area of metallization Practical knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies, such as 8D High level of initiative and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Enjoy working collaboratively in international project teams Fluent communication and presentation skills in both German and English #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
