Your Responsibilities:

•    Receiving and processing conference and event inquiries

•    Handling group and tour reservations

•    Preparing quotes

•    Managing your assigned customer segment and

•    Serving as the direct point of contact for our domestic and international guests

•    Promoting and actively selling our event offerings

•    Drafting contracts and managing the billing process

What we expect from you

•    Completed training in the hospitality or events industry

•    Initial experience in the international hospitality industry

•    Experience managing small to medium-sized groups

•    A friendly and communicative demeanor

•    Commitment to quality

•    Very good German and English language skills

•    Proficiency with computers

•    Organizational skills and sales talent

•    Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and initiative
