- Our 18-months People & Culture Manager-In-Training (P&C MIT) Program is designed to develop future P&C professionals and leaders through hands-on learning, structured development, and exposure to key areas of People & Culture (Human Resources).
- As a P&C MIT, you will work closely with P&C team and business leaders to gain practical experience across talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, and P&C operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in People & Culture while contributing to impactful people initiatives that support business success.
- By the end of the journey, successful MITs are considered for supervisory or entry-level management roles within Four Seasons.
What you will do
- You will be exposed to different People & Culture functions through department-wide rotations. Start in-depth departmental learning by mastering key line position(s), then move into a Supervisor or acting Assistant Manager role to practice management skills.
- You will be assigned a mentor and a buddy to assist you with settling into the program and with any ongoing questions
- To solidify your learning, you will take charge of your management experience and project work with the tools provided.
What you bring
- Degree in Hospitality Management, English Language or Human Resources
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, internship, or work experiences
- Strong passion for pursuing a career in Human Resources and People Development
- High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent English and Vietnamese communication skills
