Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Document application configurations and changes to maintain clear records for future reference.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
- Experience with configuring security roles, permissions, and access controls within Workday HCM environments.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles as they apply to enterprise applications.
- Ability to analyze and interpret business requirements to design secure and compliant application solutions.
- Familiarity with Workday integration tools and security frameworks to support seamless data flow and protection.
- Skilled in troubleshooting security-related issues and implementing effective resolutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
