If you're looking for a place where your contributions have real impact, you’ll fit right in.We do not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters.Job DescriptionRESPEC seeks a Senior Civil Project Manager located in our Fort Myers or Sarasota, FL, location.This role involves all aspects of managing residential and commercial land development projects, including contracts, budgets, design, workload, and permitting. Responsibilities include:Providing oversight on various construction projects and working with construction inspectorsDeveloping and producing conceptual, preliminary, and final construction design drawingsAssisting with the preparation of construction plans, detail drawings, and project specificationsReviewing construction plans, performing horizontal and vertical roadway alignment calculations, and conducting utility research and coordinationAssisting with permitting submittalsPerforming quantity calculations and completing engineering cost opinionsQualificationsThe ideal candidate will have the following:BS in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related engineering fieldProfessional Engineering (PE) license in Florida, or the ability to obtain or transfer license within 1 year of start dateApproximately 10+ years of experienceExperience in contract administration, permitting, earthwork, site grading, utilities, stormwater management, roadway design, hydrology and hydraulic calculations, and utility designFamiliarity with development and design processes that are specific to local geographic marketsExperience with AutoCAD and various hydrology/hydraulics software, including StormCAD, WaterCAD, ICPR, or similar software packagesAdditional InformationCompensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. The salary range for this position begins at $125,000.
