Division Overview:
Crown’s Beverage Division manufactures a variety of packaging solutions for soft drinks, craft beers, coffees, and teas as well as new energy drinks. Crown Beverage leads the packaging industry with innovative technologies that redefine how the world looks at beverage cans. Cheraw, SC.
Position Overview:
- 12-hour night shift electrician position working on a two-man team to trouble-shoot Electrical Prints.
- 3Phase 460 Volts motor controls, PLC ladder Logix (Allen-Bradley RS Logix, 5000, and MicroLogix) on plant equipment.
- Basic computer skills needed and experience with gas controls (Honeywell Controllers and Actuators) helpful.
- Responsible for maintenance log and conducting maintenance checks nightly.
- Required to work on maintenance days, overhauls, and cover for vacations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting 3 Phase controls and ladder Logix (Allen-Bradley).
- Experience with gas fired ovens helpful.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Must be able to climb ladder and stairs.
- Experience with operating a scissor and boom lifts helpful.
- Must be able to remove and install 3 phase motors.
- Experience with VFD’s (Allen-Bradley, Toshiba) would be helpful.
- Must be reliable, a team player, and work well with your co-workers.
- You will be required to come in on maintenance days, overhaul weeks, and cover for vacations.
- This position is a12-hour night shift electrician, and you must be able to work on a 12-hour night shift schedule.
- This position will be a two-man team working together to keep 4 production lines running on a12-hour night shift schedule.

- Must be able to climb ladder and stairs.
- Must be able to remove and install 3 phase motors.
- Must be reliable, a team player, and work well with co-workers.
- Must be able to work maintenance days, overhaul weeks, and cover for vacations.
Preferred Requirements:
- Troubleshooting 3 Phase controls and ladder Logix (Allen-Bradley).
- Must be able to climb ladder and stairs.
- Must be able to remove and install 3 phase motors.
- Must be reliable, a team player, and work well with co-workers.
- Must be able to work maintenance days, overhaul weeks, and cover for vacations.

- Experience with operating scissor and boom lifts.

- Experience with troubleshooting control wiring (460VAC,120VAC, 24VDC).
Competencies
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of various Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
