Job Description

Position Highlights

Performs end-to-end project management activities, including but not limited to:

  • Leading project discovery efforts and assisting in the definition of project scope, objectives, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Developing and maintaining project timelines, key performance indicators (KPIs), project plans, and project playbook tasks.
  • Facilitating regular project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and executive status updates, including meetings/discussions with Executive-level stakeholders.
  • Coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution of project deliverables.
  • Partnering with technology, product, and operational teams to identify, prioritize, and manage development efforts required to support project objectives.
  • Collaborating with the Go-to-Market team on business readiness activities, including training, communications, compliance support, system readiness and implementation planning to ensure successful project launches.
  • Coordinating project tasks and dependencies across Product Management, GTM/Commercialization, Sales Channels and Leadership, Pricing, Legal, Compliance, Compensation, Operations, Technology, and other key stakeholder groups.
  • Driving the identification and execution of updates to sales tools, systems, forms, documentation, procedures, and business processes required to support project implementation.
  • Identifying project risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement while recommending solutions to support business goals.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities


Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (specifically Agile), internal governance processes, and stakeholder management practices
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business units and stakeholder groups
  • Knowledge of internal sales, operational, product, and technology systems preferred
  • Experience within the payments industry, including Healthcare and Gateway business verticals, is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results across matrixed organizations without direct authority
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to independently identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive execution, while maintaining a highly collaborative approach
  • Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Hybrid/flexible schedule

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $94,010.00 - $110,600.00
