The Marketing Campaign Manager oversees all components of day-to-day operations of the Direct Marketing team. This includes responsibility for direct mail and email execution, meeting financial goals, vendor relationships and performance management of team members.
- Lead an organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.
- Responsible for compliance with and enforcement of all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirements.
- Champion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.
- Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct.
- Take responsibility for the overall integrity of daily operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal controls, policies and procedures. Take actions as necessary to eliminate or minimize risk.
- Actively contribute to overall marketing strategy, as it pertains to direct marketing, including interaction with marketing leaders, executives, and managerial peers.
- Consult with and advise users of the various existing data collection sources and process available, their content and possible use to support business objectives.
- Make recommendations to improve profitability.
- Ensure the overall integrity of customer database information and offer structure.
- Lead efforts to develop and manage team members include hiring, training and development, supervision of day to day operations, coaching, mentoring and administering appropriate performance management.
- Actively guide staff development and training programs, continuous improvement, and updates to established methods, procedures and guidelines. Monitor results through inspection, evaluation and analysis.
- Review annual and monthly financial reporting, forecast and plan for operating adjustments necessary to meet or exceed financial goals, and reconcile operating expenses with budget.
- Use EOS data to improve the workplace, listen and respond to employees.
- Recognize and reward individual and team performance.
- Manage labor effectively to address business demands.
- Meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.
- Manage external vendor and printer relationships to ensure timely and precise program execution. Oversee processing of vendor invoices and payments.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- College degree in Marketing, Finance or related field. MBA preferred.
- 2 years Direct Marketing experience in a casino environment preferred.
- Fluent in Microsoft Access, Excel and Outlook. Experience with Casino Management System, Marketing Resource Management Tools, Offers Client, Player Database Systems and Marketing Workbench systems preferred.
- Flexibility to work any day of the week and any shift, as business demands require, including holidays and weekends.

- Proven leadership, managerial, organizational and critical thinking skills required.

- Demonstrated ability to work as a team, collaboratively with other departments and leaders to complete property/corporate initiatives and effective day-to-day operations.
- Ability to understand and analyze financial reporting.
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, along with a willingness to present ideas in a group setting.
- Uphold and display the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
