As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud- Sr. Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that enhance their business processes and drive growth. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex client needs and provide innovative solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and develop a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards while responding effectively to diverse perspectives and needs.

Responsibilities

- Managing Salesforce Revenue Cloud projects to optimize client business processes
- Implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to enhance customer support capabilities
- Developing training materials for Salesforce applications to facilitate user adoption
- Conducting business process modeling to align Salesforce solutions with client needs
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform Salesforce project strategies
- Collaborating with teams to integrate Salesforce technologies into existing IT infrastructure
- Leading technical consultation sessions to address client-specific Salesforce challenges
- Supporting enterprise integration efforts to validate seamless Salesforce deployment
- Innovating design approaches to customize Salesforce applications for diverse business models
- Overseeing project budgeting and architecture to maintain alignment with client objectives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Developing training materials for Salesforce applications
- Implementing technology solutions in client-facing environments
- Excelling in communication and teamwork within technology consulting projects
