As Regional Indirect Procurement Manager you will help shape the future of agriculture by partnering with suppliers, local stakeholders, and category leaders to ensure supply continuity, deliver value to stakeholders, and strengthen supplier relationships across the region. You will play a key role in translating global category strategies into regional execution that supports business needs and drives procurement excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Support sourcing initiatives, contract implementation, and supplier compliance activities across the region.
  • Foster collaborative relationships between suppliers and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and long-term value creation.
  • Translate category strategies into operational supplier engagement activities that support regional supply requirements and business objectives.
  • Lead regular supplier business reviews and performance discussions to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Communicate and coordinate regional category updates, market intelligence, supplier developments, and supply challenges to category leaders.
  • Support regional supplier negotiations, qualifications, onboarding activities, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor supplier performance, capacity, and risk factors to ensure supply continuity and operational excellence.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities, support decision-making, and measure regional supplier and category performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, both oral and written.
  • A minimum of three (3) or more years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, project management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with procurement and business systems such as SAP, Ariba, Power-BI, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive timely execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting regional or global procurement organizations.
  • Exposure to indirect procurement categories and sourcing activities.
  • Knowledge of supplier performance management, supplier business reviews, and SRM programs.
