We are looking for an Administration Analyst with French

Location: Warsaw

Work model: hybrid (3 days working from the office - Warsaw Spire building)

For our expanding Warsaw-based CMG (Capital Market Group) business line we are looking for you as Administration Analyst. 

Job Overview:

  • Provide administrative support: manage calendars, coordinate travel, track expenses.

  • Assist in project coordination: create schedules, monitor progress, ensure deadlines are met.

  • Maintain team communication: organize meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes.

  • Manage internal and external communications: handle emails, phone calls, and inquiries.

  • Update project and client documentation.

  • Process billing requests promptly to avoid month-end rush.

  • Update CRM (Salesforce/Capforce) data quickly.

  • Collaborate with team members and offer support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Good French (minimum C1) and good English proficiency (minimum B2).

  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably in fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other software.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in teams with a proactive attitude.

  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry is a plus.
