Job Summary**

Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking a motivated Project Management Intern to support our project teams in delivering innovative solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in various aspects of project lifecycle management, contributing to the successful execution of technology and infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
* Support in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
* Conduct research and data analysis to support project decision-making.
* Participate in project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
* Assist with risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution processes.
* Contribute to the creation of presentations and reports for internal and external audiences.
* Learn and apply project management methodologies and tools.

Job Qualifications**

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Strong interest in project management principles and practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* Prior experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) is a plus but not required.
