Eaton’s Power Components Division is currently seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk. This is an on-site position at our Beaver, PA location.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $56000 - $83000 a year.

## What you’ll do:
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk completes invoicing transactions for all shipments. This includes utilizing customer portals, completing ASN (Advanced Shipment Notifications), various carrier specific labels, export documentation, and government contract management. They perform transactions necessary to invoice customer orders specific to each customer requirement and ship method. This role maintains proper queue management, conducts auditing functions to verify correct shipments, manages overtime to the shipment forecast and supports the Supply Chain Group by providing the necessary support including but not limited to: shipping and receiving, maintaining files, supporting training of new hires and providing back-up support for all plant operation support areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Compliance: Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and expert knowledge in shipping procedures and processes. Adhere to all Eaton policies and procedures related to SCM and shipping functions. Maintain compliance with AS9100 quality certifications and standard work procedures of the shipping office.
* Customer Support: Coordinate oral and written communications between internal/external customers, supply chain management, and staff. Work proactively with internal/external customers to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements. Problem solve difficult customer relations issues in a professional and timely manner.
* Priority Management: Proactively address changing priorities while managing projects, initiatives, and activities under tight deadlines. Apply strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Creatively develop delivery solutions to ensure daily and monthly shipment forecast dollars are achieved. Self-monitor progress toward shipment targets throughout the workday.
* Process Improvement: Understand and analyze supply chain information to develop innovative methods, procedures, and corrective actions. Bring shipping and invoicing errors to the attention of the shipping supervisor to help implement preventative measures.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping and/or logistics
