Cargo Handler – 1st Shift

Pay: $17.42/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers safely and efficiently
- Move, sort, stage, and organize freight throughout the warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment (training provided as needed)
- Scan and track shipments using handheld RF scanners
- Inspect incoming and outgoing freight for damage and verify shipment accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work with team members to meet daily shipping and production goals
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or freight handling experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
