Job Description

 We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to help bridge business requirements and technical solutions during a new Salesforce Data Cloud implementation.

You will work directly with marketing managers, product managers, Salesforce administrators, data teams, and other business stakeholders. The role will focus on requirements gathering, Salesforce solution design, data flows, integrations, analytics readiness, and CRM process optimization.

Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Gather requirements directly from marketing managers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

* Facilitate stakeholder discussions and translate business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions.

* Define and document Salesforce Data Cloud use cases.

* Design and optimize data flows and integrations within Salesforce Data Cloud.

* Support a greenfield Salesforce Data Cloud implementation rather than a direct migration of the existing platform.

* Configure and improve Salesforce workflows using Salesforce Flow Builder.

* Support Salesforce platform configuration and administration activities.

* Apply Agentforce capabilities to relevant Salesforce business processes and use cases.

* Support CRM processes involving Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, and related workflows.

* Use SQL to validate data, investigate discrepancies, and support analysis.

* Help ensure that data pipelines supporting analytics and reporting are accurate and reliable.

* Collaborate with data teams, Salesforce administrators, and business stakeholders to align functional and technical requirements.

* Communicate requirements, decisions, risks, and recommended solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

* 3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis or a related Salesforce functional role.

* Experience using Salesforce Flow Builder.

* Salesforce administration experience or strong knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration.

* Experience with Agentforce.

* Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM processes, including Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities.

* Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data validation and analysis.

* Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

* Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions.

* Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.

* Experience with Snowflake.

* Familiarity with Customer 360.

* Experience supporting analytics and reporting initiatives.

* Knowledge of Master Data Management concepts.

* Experience working with marketing technology or go-to-market systems.

Location, Time & Engagement

* Remote contract engagement.

* Open to candidates located in LATAM.

* Full-time allocation of approximately 40 hours per week.

* Candidates must be available to work during EST or CST business hours.
