About this Role

Quanta Services is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This role supports the department by coordinating and assisting with marketing activities across the organization, including advertising, direct mail, printing, customer events, and trade shows. The Marketing Coordinator works across both corporate and operating unit functions, helping to ensure Quanta's marketing efforts are well-organized, on-brand, and effectively executed.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and assist with marketing communication projects, including public relations, special events management, advertising, and brand awareness initiatives;
  • Assist with designing, developing, and implementing marketing materials such as letters, brochures, videos, and displays;
  • Update and assemble promotional packets;
  • Assist with the setup and logistics of trade shows and marketing events;
  • Support operating units with marketing activities and requests;
  • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures; and
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to grammar and proofreading;
  • Proven ability to prioritize deliverables and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong project management skills; and
  • Self-starter who can work independently while supporting the needs of a team.
