Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant
What you’ll do:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will partner closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and key stakeholders to align talent acquisition strategies with business priorities, workforce plans, and organizational growth objectives.
You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions across professional, technical, sales, R&D, and business-critical roles. In addition to recruitment delivery, you will leverage talent market insights, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to advise the business on talent decisions and hiring strategies.
Beyond recruiting, this role serves as a trusted talent advisor, helping the organization attract, secure, and retain critical talent to support business growth and long-term success.
Talent Acquisition & Business Partnership
- Partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to understand business priorities, workforce needs, and organizational plans, and develop effective hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including talent demand analysis, sourcing strategy, candidate sourcing, screening and assessment, interview management, offer negotiation, hiring decision support, and onboarding coordination.
- Drive recruitment delivery across professional, technical, commercial, R&D, and other business-critical positions.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, agency partnerships, employee referrals, networking, and direct search techniques to proactively identify and attract high-quality talent.
- Build strong relationships with businesses and provide consultative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Talent Intelligence & Market Insights
- Conduct talent mapping, market research, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarking to support workforce planning and talent decisions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring hiring needs to improve hiring effectiveness and organizational readiness.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and ensure a professional, efficient, and values-driven hiring journey.
- Act as an ambassador for Eaton's employer brand and support employer branding, employee referral, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Strengthen Eaton's presence in the talent market through proactive engagement and networking.
Recruitment Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of recruitment processes, systems, and hiring data.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to improve recruiting effectiveness and quality of hire.
- Participate in talent acquisition projects and broader talent management initiatives to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree
preferred; International education or overseas work experience is a plus.
Experience
- 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with proven success in high-volume hiring for professional roles and end-to-end recruitment delivery.
- Recent experience supporting talent acquisition within a manufacturing environment, with experience recruiting for Sales, R&D, Engineering, Technical, or other business-critical positions.
- Strong direct sourcing capability, with demonstrated success engaging passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Mapping, market research, competitor intelligence, and other advanced sourcing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of talent markets, compensation trends, and external talent intelligence, with the ability to translate insights into hiring recommendations.
- Experience recruiting for leadership, niche, hard-to-fill, or strategically important positions, as well as supporting regional or global recruitment activities, is preferred.
- Experience in Employer Branding, Employee Referral, Campus Hiring, Talent Intelligence, or related talent acquisition programs is an advantage.
