Account Management Intern

PrishtinaTemporaryPosted Aug 3, 2026

At Tive, we imagine a fully-transparent world in which everything and everyone is connected. We innovate beyond what the world thought possible—so what people hold near and dear arrives on time and in full.

We believe (and live!) four core values:

  • Transparency First: We make everything visible so that everyone can operate better
  • Always strive to make things simpler
  • We are One Team, we have each other's backs
  • Relentless iteration to optimize and improve

Whether shipped by road, rail, ocean, or air, Tive reduces shipment delays, minimizes rejected loads, and decreases theft, damage, and spoilage. Our customers count on Tive to ensure that their shipments are delivered on time and in full—because every shipment matters.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive intern to support our Account Management and Implementation function, with a focus on our food and retail customers. This is a hands-on operations role: you will help build the documentation, processes, and knowledge that power our 24/7 support teams, while taking some day-to-day administrative tasks off the plate of the account management team.

You will be at the center of how we capture knowledge, streamline workflows, and spot opportunities to make our platform and processes better. It is an ideal role for someone who is organized, curious about SaaS and supply chain technology, communicates clearly in written English, and enjoys turning messy processes into clean, repeatable systems.

Key Responsibilities

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Knowledge Base

  • Build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that address food and retail niche questions, giving our 24/7 support teams clear, trusted answers with step by step instructions to set up our support team for long term success as we scale.
  • Document step-by-step guidance for common and recurring scenarios so any team member can resolve issues consistently.
  • Update all Retail Program SOPs in a clear and concise manner to allow new hires to easily onboard and learn the details related to each retail program.

Inbox & Retailer Support

  • Monitor the team inbox for questions from retailers, triage them, and route or escalate as needed.
  • Capture common retailer questions and turn each into documented, repeatable step-by-step processes for the knowledge base and 24/7 support team.
  • Monitor retail auto-renewals to ensure the process runs smoothly, flagging exceptions or issues early to the AM and leadership team.
  • Maintain and create monthly data reports

Admin & Operations Support

  • Support software and account setup for new and existing customers related to Retail Programs. Direct Accounts will be handled by Account Managers unless directed otherwise.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong written English and clear, organized communication.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for structure and documentation.
  • Proactive and self-motivated – comfortable spotting problems and proposing solutions.
  • Comfortable with common software tools (email, spreadsheets, docs); interest in learning new platforms quickly.
  • Curiosity about SaaS, supply chain, or customer operations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with support tools, CRMs, or knowledge base platforms.
  • Exposure to customer support, account management, or the food/retail industry.
  • Interest in automation, process design, or no-code tools.
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in business, communications, IT, operations, or a related field (nice to have, not required).

What You'll Gain

  • Hands-on experience in account management, implementation, and customer operations at a fast-moving company.
  • Direct exposure to how SaaS support and knowledge systems are built from the ground up.
  • Mentorship and the chance to make a visible, meaningful impact on real processes and customers.
  • A flexible, part-time schedule that fits around your studies.
  • Opportunity to grow into a full-time Account Management or Support Specialist role.

What does Tive offer?

  • A chance to join what may very well turn out to be the most important company in your career.
  • The autonomy and resources to build what you know how to build.
  • Work with a committed global team that have each others back.
  • Office-based or hybrid options. Your choice.

We celebrate diversity, and consider it key to our success as both a team and a company. We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer, and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment of mutual respect for all employees.
