SGS are seeking a a full-time Booking Line Agent to join our Galway office to support our NDLS customers on a fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Operations Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for answering call/queries in a timely manner while meeting KPI's and SLA's.

Job Description

  • Ensure all calls received are answered in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete all NDLSFO duties and responsibilities in accordance with relevant procedures and performance agreement.
  • Process bookings & cancellations for NDLS Customers
  • Ensure the Data Protection is always adhered to as per the 8 Principles of Data Protection
  • Ensure a full understanding of SOP’s and Scripts
  • Ensure all agreed operational procedures & scripts are strictly complied with.
  • Manage confidential information securely and in line with Records Management and Data Protection Policies
  • Lead by example and demonstrate SGS values.
  • Maintain and ensure good employee relations.
  • Complete daily administration
  • Ensure full compliance with the Company’s Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct
  • Present a professional image of the company through personal grooming and presentation
  • At all times, adopt a safe behaviour by exercising due regard for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues, and clients, in line with the Company’s policies and procedures
  • Ensure full compliance with the Company’s Code of Integrity, and act in accordance with SGS Ireland’s Equality & Diversity Policy

Qualifications

Leaving certificate or equivelent
