About this opportunity:

The Implementation Management function ensures the successful delivery of projects through effective coordination, technical expertise, and operational excellence. As an Implementation Manager, you will lead implementation activities, collaborating with field teams, subcontractors (ASPs), and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in compliance with Ericsson's quality, safety, and operational standards. You will also oversee access management for critical sites and manage change requests (MDTs/TCNs) to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient project execution.

What you will do:

  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end activities across multiple operator operational systems, ensuring timely execution and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical, operational, and process-related issues, ensuring minimal service disruption.
  • Prepare operational reports, monitor the progress of requests, and provide regular status updates to management and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate, manage, and secure access to critical sites, ensuring compliance with established access control policies, security protocols, and authorization procedures.
  • Manage implementation budgets and administer Purchase Orders (POs) for subcontractors to ensure cost control and financial compliance.
  • Manage quality assurance within the implementation rollout.
  • Ensure EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) requirements are followed strictly.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of change management requests (MDTs/TCNs), including submission, review, approval, implementation, and closure, ensuring compliance with change management processes.

The skills you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
  • Ericsson knowledge and experience.
  • Experience with telecom operators is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Experience managing Purchase Orders (POs), including issuance, goods receipt (GR), cancellation, and closure.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience, including at least 3+ years in the Telecom/Communications sector.
  • Technical domain experience in RAN (Radio Access Network) and IBS (In-Building Solutions).
  • Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
