Dispatcher Technical Rideshare Operator San Mateo, CA Contracted HireA Entry Level Share $40.00 Per Hour40 + Hour Work WeekPaid Travel Pre-tax commuter benefits401k packageMUST call for phone screen to be considered Chris at 281-817-4329Our partners are helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-share company hire a customer services Operator dispatcher to be responsible for testing and operation of the remote monitoring/control system for autonomous vehicles.As a Fleet Support Specialist, Collaborate with the scheduling team to secure repair slots and optimize vehicle repair time.Review open vehicle issues and generate action plans, ensuring constant monitoring and updates on fleet health.Maintain accurate historical data and record-keeping for vehicle health and repairs.Assist in the creation and development of technical documentation and processes.Support the creation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on fleet performance and maintenance.Perform quality inspections of repair ordersSupport in ordering parts, ensuring parts availability for scheduled and unscheduled repairs.Interface with multiple teams across the company to align processes and operations for smooth workflow.Work across multiple internal systems and ticketing tools to create work orders, track maintenance activities, manage parts requests, and ensure end-to-end traceability from issue identification through resolution.Responsibilities will include:Effectively monitor autonomous vehicle operations.Respond to and manage critical mission needs.Assist the fleet of vehicles by providing remote guidance in complex situations.Assist with testing and data collection.Work closely with SW, QA and UX to improve the Interface.Willingness to work flexible shift hours.Requirements familiarity with MS Office/Google Suites2+ years of experience working in operations or a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in STEM, Analytics, or related fieldsExcellent computer skills and problem-solving abilityExcellent written and verbal communicationPositive attitude with a growth mindsetBenefits:Pre-tax commuter benefitsEmployer Subsidized healthcare benefitsFlexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costs Zero costs for short and long term disability and life insurance401k package Share Apply Apply for this position Required* First Name* Last Name* Email Address* Phone* Address Resume* We've received your resume.
