POSITION SUMMARY
As a Recruiter on Vertiv’s Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to our Americas Region. You will collaborate across the organization with other recruiters, hiring managers and leaders to build teams in a way that is consistent with our strategic priorities and behaviors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on recruiting strategy and to achieve Company goals
- Demonstrate success in hiring talent within critical operations and engineering functions
- Contribute to teamwork and sharing knowledge inside the TA team and HR organization
- Own your job: Approach your daily work and customers with ethics, responsibility, discipline and ownership, knowing that everything you do has an impact on the customer, the company and your development
- Foster a data driven organization and leverage metrics/trends to drive results
Education, Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years’ minimum Full Cycle Recruitment on a regional or national level
- Demonstrated ability with ATS: Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday, etcetera
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Adept at setting and prioritizing your own work to perform the role successfully
- Excellent communication skills with key stakeholders to create buy-in
- Ability to gather data, analyze and present findings to various audiences
