About the Role
Join a project-focused team supporting global HR initiatives that help employees access accurate, up-to-date, and compliant HR resources. In this role, you will partner with HR professionals and business stakeholders across multiple countries to support content governance, document management, policy migration activities, and project operations. This position combines project coordination, content management, and process improvement in a highly collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

  • Support the execution of global HR initiatives, including policy and content governance projects.
  • Maintain project plans, dashboards, trackers, inventories, and project documentation to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items, providing regular project status updates.
  • Manage inventories of HR policies, procedures, and supporting documentation across multiple countries and functions.
  • Coordinate document review, approval, publication, version control, and archival processes in accordance with governance requirements.
  • Conduct quality audits to identify outdated, duplicate, or obsolete content and maintain content accuracy and compliance standards.
  • Support content migration activities by validating ownership, approvals, publication readiness, testing results, and issue resolution.
  • Create and maintain employee-facing resources, FAQs, communications, and guidance materials while gathering stakeholder feedback to improve usability and accessibility.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, project coordination, document management, content management, or a related support function.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting HR projects, policy management, governance, or content management initiatives.
  • Experience using SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar content management platforms.
  • Experience working with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, or business-facing HR teams.
  • Portuguese language proficiency.
