Includes program management and related project support roles.Since 1935, Morgan Stanley is known as a global leader in financial services, always evolving and innovating to better serve our clients and our communities in more than 40 countries around the world.What you’ll do in the role:Over 3-7 years of professional experience, in investment banking.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong business understanding of multiple asset classes, front-to-back (F2B) trade flows, risk, finance, and operations.Proven experience in leading projects that involve variety of stakeholders, across Business, Technology and Operations. A strong history of delivering large-scale, cross-divisional programs involving senior stakeholders and governance forums, including the ability to maintain plans, RAID logs, and (Steerco) status reports. Self-motivation and creativity, with the ability to independently manage tasks and collaborate effectively with global teams.Comfortable working in an agile team, and liaising with a cross-divisional, cross-functional squad.What you’ll bring to the role:3-7 years in hands-on project management, particularly in financial services technology initiatives. Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, ideally within investment banking. Exposure to finance, operations or technology. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work proactively, creatively, and analytically in a fast-paced, complex environment. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and within global teams. Domain knowledge and project experience in Front-to-back trade lifecycle fundamentals.Equity and/or LD.Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
