- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Field Service Management.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP Field Service Management applications to align with business workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP Field Service Management with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into functional software solutions.
