Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.Holman Powertrain has a great opportunity for a Flex Warehouse/Driver to join our team in Freedom, PA!Starting pay: $23-$25 per hourShift: Monday - Friday Starting at 6amBenefits include health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, paid time off and more!Eligible for benefits within 30 days of employmentTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Must be able to drive up to non-CDL 24’ box trucks.  Must be able to pass a DOT application process and physical.  Must be forklift certified and able to use a pallet jack.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.What will you do?Pull part purchases from stock and deliver to drivers.Stock incoming parts and return parts.Maintain inventories of all inventoried items (controlled and/or non-controlled).Bar coding on all incoming parts and equipment.Unload delivery trucks.Able to lift heavy boxes.Able to operate a forklift.Must follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to a manager or supervisor.Load, secure, and deliver automobile parts (engines, transmissions, small parts, etc.) to customersDrive to customer locations and off load and reload truck. Loading is performed with a pallet jack or forklift.Must be able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.Must be able to drive vehicles 7000-33000 GVW.Use Scanner/print pad to Scan/log returned goods; track delivery of goods and returnsCheck-in finished goods before loading vehicleWhat are we looking for?Prior warehouse experiencePrior truck driving experienceForklift/Pallet Jack experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills- able to communicate problems/delays with pick-ups/deliveries/inventory to internal stakeholderExperience in logistics, supply chain, freight, and commercial truck driving and/or warehouse operationsExperience with wireless inventory system is desired.Basic computers skills.Good attention to detail.Strong organizational skillsPositive energy while working in a team settingTechnical knowledge.#LI-AA1#INDPTAt Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
