Strategy & Consulting - PTP/OTC Consultant - Finance

About the Role

This role supports Finance Transformation initiatives focused on Procure to Pay (PTP) and Order to Cash (OTC), helping organizations redesign and optimize finance processes, operating models, and technology capabilities across multiple industries.

The position involves collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to drive process improvement, digital transformation, and technology-enabled solutions, leveraging leading practices and innovative approaches to enhance finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current-state (AS-IS) Finance processes.
• Design future-state (TO-BE) processes following leading practices.
• Support Finance transformation and operating model initiatives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities across PTP and OTC.
• Participate in process workshops with business stakeholders.
• Define business requirements for technology-enabled solutions.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation projects and Finance process design.
• Assist in process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare process documentation, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Support testing, change management, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with consulting, technology, and operations teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
• 2–5 years of consulting or Finance transformation experience.
• Experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) and/or Order to Cash (OTC) processes.
• Understanding of Finance end-to-end processes and process interdependencies.
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Exposure to AI-enabled process transformation initiatives.
• Participation in SAP implementation or Finance transformation projects.
• Exposure to Intelligent Automation, GenAI, AI Agents, or Agentic AI solutions.
• Familiarity with PTP automation solutions, such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
• Familiarity with OTC and Accounts Receivable solutions, such as HighRadius, BlackLine AR Intelligence, Serrala, SAP FSCM (Credit, Collections & Dispute Management),
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau
