Google の決済プラットフォームは、Google のプロダクト（AdWords、Play、Cloud、YouTube、gStore など）全体で数十億件の取引を処理しています。Payments パートナーシップ チームは、戦略的な関係を構築し、すべての Google ユーザーに信頼性と費用対効果に優れた安全なコマース体験を提供します。

ストラテジック パートナー マネージャーは、部門横断型チーム（ファイナンス、法務など）と連携して、決済エコシステムの主要なプレーヤーとのパートナーシップを構築、管理し、すべての Google プロダクトとサービスにおける決済取引の処理をサポートするポジションです。

こうしたパートナーシップの管理を担い、Google の代表としてビジネス、業界、規制当局のリーダーと連携しながら Google の決済処理を最適化し、シームレスなユーザー エクスペリエンスを確保するとともに、コンプライアンスの持続可能性、スケーラビリティのイノベーション、業界全体の効率化を推進していただきます。

グローバル パートナーシップ部門は、Google パートナーとの新たなビジネス チャンスを発掘する部門です。Google のグローバル パートナーシップ チームは、多様なパートナーと連携して、各パートナーが Google プロダクトのメリットを最大限に活かせるよう支援します。また、このチームは Google のプロダクト チームもサポートしています。プロダクト チームとのパートナーシップは、Google プロダクト（広告、検索、アシスタント、マップ、Travel、ショッピング、Payments など）のユーザー エクスペリエンス向上に欠かせない要素です。他にも、サービスを提供するためのパートナーシップの構築、市場開拓戦略の策定、ビジネス拡大の促進を担当し、さまざまなプロダクトに携わっています。

Responsibilities

• 日本と韓国の市場特有の決済慣行、潜在的なパートナー、業界規制、コンプライアンス要件に関して、Google のプロダクト チームに指針を示す。

• パートナーシップ開発のライフサイクル全体の管理を担い、RFI（情報提供依頼書）や RFP（提案依頼書）のプロセス主導や契約交渉、さらには支払い方法、決済サービス プロバイダ（PSP）、銀行、ネットワーク パートナーシップといったパートナーとの継続的な関係構築・維持をリードする。

• パートナーのスコアカードや指標、評価の分析を通じて継続的な改善を主導するとともに、取引処理コストの最適化と削減を図り、収益性を向上させる。

• Google の代表として、パートナー、ネットワーク、イシュア、アクワイヤラ、規制当局との戦略的な交渉の場に臨み、処理能力、コンプライアンス、市場のサステナビリティのさらなる強化を図る。

• 日本と韓国の決済エコシステムを俯瞰し、業界全体の改善点を特定するとともに、その実現に向けた働きかけを行う。Google のプロダクト ロードマップや台頭するトレンドに方向性を合わせ、パートナー戦略を形作る。
