Client Asset Management (CAM) is the department within Equatex AG (Computershare) responsible for the monitoring and control of client cash movements and securities transactions. The Reporting Analyst is part of a specialized team supporting the reconciliation environment used to ensure the accuracy and integrity of client asset records.
Working closely with a Senior Technology Contractor based in Zurich, the Reporting Analyst is responsible for maintaining the Clareti Transaction Control (CTC) reconciliation platform, supporting reconciliation operators through accurate data processing, system configuration, reporting, and operational analysis. The role has a direct reporting line into the Chief Financial Officer, Equatex AG.
The Reporting Analyst will also work closely with the Global Reconciliation System team to support the global reconciliation platform, Accurate and for this reason will have a functional reporting line into the Head of Global Reconciliation and Systems based in Bristol.
The role requires collaboration across operational and technology teams and plays a key part in ensuring critical daily processes are completed accurately and within strict timeframes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and monitor the CTC reconciliation platform, ensuring system availability, responsiveness, and operational readiness during Swiss and UK business hours.
- Manage internal and external data feeds, ensuring data is received, loaded, and processed accurately within agreed deadlines.
- Monitor data quality within CTC and investigate operational anomalies to ensure information is complete, accurate, and fit for purpose.
- Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of the global Accurate reconciliation platform.
- Configure and maintain reconciliation rules, system parameters, and reporting outputs to support ongoing business and operational requirements.
- Build, maintain, and enhance reports used by reconciliation operators and stakeholders to support daily operations and decision-making.
- Identify, analyse, and resolve reconciliation issues, including payment rejections, returns, and data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external providers, and stakeholders to resolve data delivery issues and support continuous process improvements.
- Contribute to projects, system enhancements, and operational improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and control within the reconciliation environment.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys working with financial data, systems, and operational processes. The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a controlled and time-sensitive environment. They are highly organised, proactive, and capable of building effective working relationships across teams while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and service quality.
- Relevant experience in financial services, banking operations, reconciliation, reporting, or a similar operational environment.
- Experience working with data analysis, reporting tools, reconciliation platforms, or financial operational systems, with a strong knowledge of SQL queries and commands, ETL processes, feeds and jobs and Microsoft SSIS.
- Some knowledge of Linux tools, XML / CSV and data warehouses is also required with experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Excel, Swift standards also an advantage.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate anomalies and identify root causes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to operational deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of data quality and control.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with operational teams, technology specialists, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives and process improvements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where daily operational deadlines and regulatory controls are critical.
- Strong English communication skills; German language skills are an advantage.
