Work Locations: Bloomington, IL-Corporate, Dunwoody, GA-ParkCenter Hub, Richardson, TX-CityLine Hub or Tempe, AZ-Marina Heights Hub locations.            

 

Hybrid Work arrangement: A "Hybrid" position means selected candidates will be assigned to a facility and will spend some time working both in office and from their home. Hybrid work arrangement for Enterprise Technology is defined as residing within a 180-mile radius of the Hubs and Corporate.

 

Responsibilities

Digital Claims Platform and Mobile (DCPM) Product Suite is looking for a Technology Analyst focusing on capability-driven product ownership to support engineering initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to customer facing products used during the claims process. We are seeking highly motivated, product-led individuals passionate about advancing innovative claims solutions and delivering impactful business outcomes.  Responsibilities for this role includes:

  • Work closely with leadership, peers, and business partners to execute on and champion the aligned product objectives, strategy, and product vision.
  • Responsible for end-to-end impacts from ideation through implementation through deep product discovery.
  • Work to execute strategic initiatives across capability teams and other products.
  • Analyze product performance from an experience and business impact perspective, and influences change using data-driven decisions.
  • Closely collaborates with peers, stakeholders, and business to define problems, goals, and shared outcomes.
  • Drive cross-team/capability collaboration and dependency management to determine the sequence of work.
  • Ability to work in the gray and to identify potential strategic initiatives based on deep product knowledge, data analysis, and collaboration.
  • Applies advanced understanding regarding technology trends/changes, best practices, and processes to complete assignments and influence the direction of product solutions.
  • Motivated to promote a product and customer-centric culture.

Other qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of experience in a product owner role and/or a claims process role required.
  • Strategic experience preferred but not required.
  • Claims knowledge is preferred but not required.

  • Potential starting salary range: $70,000 - $110,000
    • Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
    • High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
  • Potential yearly incentive pay up to 10% of base salary
