We’ve shown that we make a real difference for physician practices and their patients.About the position: Stellar’s Strategic Finance team plays an integral role in delivering financial insights and decision-making support across the organization. As the Strategic Finance Associate, you will be responsible for developing complex strategic and financial analyses, delivering financial reporting to senior management, and partnering with key cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Finance, this is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization’s key priorities.How you'll make an impact: Build and maintain complex financial and analytical models, including monthly forecasts and long-term financial planningPartner with key cross-functional teams (Growth, Operations) to analyze the business and identify areas of opportunity that align with the company’s strategic goalsAnalyze operating results and KPIs to surface actionable insightsPerform ad-hoc analysis to inform strategic decisions and conduct deep dives on key focus areas to develop shared understanding of business leversSupport the annual budgeting & forecasting process, as well as ongoing reporting and variance analysisSupport the development and preparation of monthly & quarterly reporting for senior management, as well as the creation of quarterly board materialsLead initiatives on automation & process improvement for financial reportingWhat you'll bring:3-5 years experience in management consulting or investment banking, or FP&A at a high-growth startupProven mastery of Excel and Powerpoint; Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Looker) a plusExperience building 3-statement financial models and providing financial analysis for monthly forecasts, strategic multi-year forecasts, and annual budgetsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) with experience developing and delivering presentationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detailSelf-motivation with proven ability to work independently and autonomously with multiple functional areasPerks & Benefits:Stellar offers a carefully curated selection of wellness benefits and perks to our employees:Medical, Dental...
