Acting as the trusted partner for our customers, you will connect their needs with our cutting-edge ESS solutions and help drive the energy transition forward.Your key responsibilities include:Develop and manage key ESS customers and projects across the Ukrainian marketAct as the main interface between customers and internal technical, service, and operations teamsCollect, structure, and translate customer requirements into viable commercial and technical solutionsMonitor and analyze competitor solutions, pricing, and go-to-market strategiesProvide regular sales forecasts, market insights, and structured reportingAchieve annual sales targets and actively contribute to building local market shareRepresent Sungrow at national and international trade fairs, congresses, and customer eventsYour profileAll right, all right - sounds exciting, doesn’t it?To feel confident, successful, and happy in this role long-term, your background should look very much like this:Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field, with a strong affinity for electrical engineeringSeveral years of experience in technical sales, business development, project development, or project management, ideally within the ESS, solar, or renewable energy sectorSolid understanding of energy storage systems, photovoltaics, inverters, and BOS, combined with a strong commercial mindsetUkrainian and English language skills at minimum B2 level according to CEFR; additional languages such as Chinese are a plusConfident user of MS Office tools and CRM systemsWillingness to travel nationally and internationally on a regular basis (around 50%)Why us?You will join Sungrow’s Energy Storage team at a time of strong growth and high impact.
