We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.<br><br><strong>Skills And Competencies<br><br></strong><ul><li>Extensive product management experience, typically 10+ years, within financial services, fintech, or risk management software environments, with proven ability to lead multiple product squads, manage cross-team dependencies, and balance strategy with execution</li><li>Demonstrated people leadership experience, including at least 3 years managing and developing product managers</li><li>Deep understanding of generative AI, large language models, and agentic AI products</li><li>Strong command of agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices driven by retrospectives and key performance indicators</li><li>Excellent market analysis, competitive intelligence, and client research capabilities to inform product direction, coupled with a data-driven and user-centric approach to product discovery and decision-making</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior and cross-functional partners</li><li>Knowledge of credit risk concepts and lending processes, combined with intellectual curiosity, AI proficiency, and commitment to responsible and ethical AI use</li><li>Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization. Employment eligibility to work in the U.S. is required, as Moody’s will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position<br><br></li></ul><strong>Education<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Banking, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree such as a Master of Business Administration or equivalent is preferred<br><br></li></ul><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Lead the product direction and delivery of agentic lending solutions that transform customer origination experiences and business outcomes.<br><br><ul><li>Partner with Product Strategy to translate strategic direction into clear product outcomes, priorities, and delivery plans for complex product areas</li><li>Define product vision, outcomes, and priorities aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market context</li><li>Lead product discovery by framing problems, evaluating options, and driving evidence-based decisions in ambiguous or evolving situations</li><li>Set the standard for high-quality product management through strong execution in discovery, prioritization, narrative development, and outcome definition</li><li>Establish a consistent operating rhythm across squads, including planning, prioritization, retrospectives, and the use of product key performance indicators to guide prioritization and continuous improvement</li><li>Drive cross-functional collaboration across technology, design, operations, and strategy teams</li><li>Communicate product intent, progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to senior stakeholders to enable informed decision making and alignment</li><li>Support the evolution of product strategy and execution through continuous learning, feedback integration, and adoption of emerging practices including artificial intelligence<br><br></li></ul><strong>About The Team<br><br></strong>The Lending Solutions Product Management team is responsible for delivering products that modernize how lenders assess risk, make decisions, and serve their customers. The team integrates Moody’s data, analytics, and research into scalable software solutions that support customer onboarding, origination, and portfolio monitoring. By enhancing product quality, usability, and outcomes, the team plays a key role in transforming lending technology and enabling more effective, data-driven decision making at scale. The team is also focused on incorporating artificial intelligence capabilities into lending workflows to drive innovation, improve customer experiences, and support responsible adoption of emerging technologies.<br><br>For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $171,100.00 - $248,050.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
