Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Spa Director, you’re not just providing strategic direction for all aspects of the hotel’s spa operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Lead spa operations: Oversee all aspects of spa-related operations (i.e., spa, fitness center, salon) including guest service, product innovation, marketing, merchandising, revenue generation, budgeting, and reporting
• Drive revenue growth: Develop spa menus, implement marketing initiatives, and lead upselling strategies to increase revenue and elevate the guest experience
• Ensure service excellence: Monitor satisfaction trends, resolve guest issues, and implement improvements that enhance service quality and consistency
• Champion product and service knowledge: Ensure team members stay informed on current spa offerings, pricing, events, and guest policies
• Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
• Ensure regulatory excellence: Uphold compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, fostering a culture committed to the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
