Engineering Managers drive technical initiatives in partnership with senior engineers across multiple teams, including testing, resiliency a performance.What the team doesCollaborate with all Playback Services teams (Live/Linear, VOD, Video Player etc.) for Ad insertion on Peacock applicationBuilding Applications and Automation for the NBCUniversal Ads teamManage relationships between SSAI vendors Owner of Ads encoding transcoding and deliveryCollaborates with teams building Peacock applications, ensuring optimal integration of the video playersRoles & ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead inclusive, high-performing engineering teams to design, build, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable, high quality and high-performance applications and workflows.Work closely and collaboratively with teams across Peacock technology such as Engineering/Product/Project Management and Backend Technology Services teams to build highly scalable/reliable video infrastructure, including various configurations, routing policies/tools, and services to deliver high quality streaming service and manage video workflows.Analyze business requirement to design and develop software applications to support business.
