We are looking for a detail-oriented Media Operator to support our media operations team by managing digital media assets, metadata, artwork quality control, and subtitle files. The ideal candidate will ensure all incoming assets meet quality standards, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to facilitate seamless content delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify the workability and integrity of all received media assets.
- Create, update, and maintain metadata for digital media assets.
- Perform quality control (QC) on artwork and validate its compliance with client specifications.
- Prepare, review, and manage subtitle files for accuracy and formatting.
- Confirm receipt of media assets and ensure proper documentation.
- Document asset issues and provide clear comments and feedback to the Client Operations team and external clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve asset-related issues and ensure timely delivery.
- Follow company security policies and protect confidential media assets and information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in media operations or a similar role.
- Experience working with video and/or audio assets.
- Hands-on experience using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good understanding of digital media formats and workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
