Reporting to the Director of Production Finance, you’ll be an integral part of a team that partners closely with Production and Operations to manage budgets, track spend, and deliver financial insights across all NBC Sports programming.Under the leadership of the VP of Production Finance, this team also ensures timely vendor payments and collaborates with FP&A and Controllership to meet corporate reporting requirements. Here, your work directly supports the fast-paced world of sports production—where accuracy, speed, and collaboration matter every day.Here you can:Process production invoices end-to-end—tracking, coding, and submitting through appropriate systems while ensuring all invoices (including those received physically) are processed and paid on time.Ensure invoices are accurately coded to the correct GL accounts and WBSEs, maintaining financial integrity.Troubleshoot invoice processing issues, system errors, and payment discrepancies to keep operations running smoothly.Own the vendor management process, including vendor registration, ongoing updates (banking and contact changes), and invoice tracking.Serve as a key point of contact for vendors—responding to inquiries and resolving invoice-related questions.Keep operators and internal stakeholders informed by proactively sharing payment statuses and aging reports.Support production budgeting by posting actuals as needed.Contribute to the broader Production Finance team by taking on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.QualificationsHere you'll need:Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or an accounts payable role.Solid technical skills with a high degree of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).What we'll look for:Familiarity with corporate enterprise systems and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.Solid attention to detail paired with clear verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.A proactive problem solver who identifies issues and delivers actionable solutions.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate...
