With every bike we deploy, we’re helping build the backbone of smarter, greener cities.Ride with us into the future – sustainable, efficient, and full speed ahead!Your MissionAs an Accounting / Finance Specialist, you will manage day-to-day bookkeeping and support the preparation of monthly closes. You will ensure clean, reliable financial processes and support the company’s continued growth.Independently managing accounts receivable and accounts payablePreparing and contributing to monthly, quarterly and annual financial closesMonitoring outstanding items and managing dunning processesReconciling accounts and resolving discrepanciesSupporting liquidity planning and reportingCollaborating with tax advisors and auditorsHelping develop and digitize accounting processesYour skills and qualificationsCompleted commercial training or a degree with a focus on finance/accountingSeveral years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in accounts receivable/payableExperience preparing monthly closes under German GAAP (HGB)Confident use of accounting software (e.g. DATEV, Odoo, or similar) and ExcelStructured, careful and reliable way of workingGood German and good English skillsNice to haveExperience in a growing start-up or scale-up environmentKnowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Odoo)What you can expect from usCompetitive salary aligned with your skills and experienceA responsible role with direct insight into the company’s financial developmentFlexible working hours and remote/hybrid optionsStructured onboarding and close collaboration within the Finance teamOpportunities for professional developmentDiversityCYCLE values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, providing a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
