Join us.</p><p> </p><br><p><strong>YOUR IMPACT</strong><br><br>As the Manager for our SAP VIM practice, you will lead a team of functional and technical consultants while driving delivery excellence, talent development, and operational success. You will serve as a trusted leader, coach, and escalation point for complex SAP VIM challenges, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients and stakeholders. By building team capability, optimizing resource utilization, and championing continuous improvement, you will play a key role in shaping the growth of the practice and advancing SAP VIM and OpenText solutions across the organization.</p><p> </p><p><strong>WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and grow a specialized SAP VIM consulting practice.</li><li>Directly influence team performance, customer success, and business outcomes.</li><li>Partner with senior leaders, solution architects, and key stakeholders.</li><li>Drive innovation through process improvement and automation initiatives.</li><li>Mentor and develop the next generation of SAP VIM professionals.</li><li>Work with leading SAP S/4HANA and OpenText technologies.</li><li>Gain visibility and impact in a strategic leadership role.</li><li>Thrive in a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of people management or team leadership experience.</li><li>7+ years of SAP delivery experience, including 5+ years in SAP VIM by OpenText.</li><li>Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), SAP MM-LIV, and FI-AP processes.</li><li>Experience with OpenText solutions such as OCC, ICC, or IES.</li><li>Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with experience handling complex delivery issues.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, or cloud-based OpenText solutions is a plus.</li><li>Open to working any shifts, predominantly US business hours, on a 5-day work onsite model.</li></ul><br><p> </p><p style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0px">OpenText's efforts to build an inclusive work environment go beyond simply complying with applicable laws.
