Oracle is seeking a Lead Product Marketer to support the development and execution of product marketing
strategies across the life sciences portfolio. This highly visible role partners closely with senior Product Management leaders,
business executives, Customer Marketing, Sales, Consulting, and cross-functional teams to shape portfolio
positioning, accelerate market adoption, and inform product strategy.
The ideal candidate combines product marketing experience in life sciences, with healthcare technology
experience a plus, and strategic product marketing leadership, exceptional storytelling, executive
communication skills, and the ability to influence across organizations. This individual thrives in a
collaborative environment and enjoys translating complex life sciences solutions into compelling value
propositions that resonate with executives, clinical leaders, operational stakeholders, and safety stakeholders.

Define and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for for life sciences solutions, initially
focused on safety and, as needed, other Oracle Health and Life Sciences solutions aligned with
corporate objectives and long-term business priorities.
Lead portfolio-level messaging, positioning, and narrative development across multiple solution areas
while aligning with organizational goals.
Partner with senior Product Management, GTM, and Strategy leadership to shape product positioning
and communicate differentiated customer value.
Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product Management, Sales, Customer Marketing, Field
Marketing, Consulting, and executive leadership in support of portfolio launches and initiatives.
Partner with Product Management and GTM teams to support release readiness, including upcoming
release plans, key feature launches, and customer-facing content development.
Develop executive presentations, solution narratives, customer success stories, thought leadership
content, and strategic messaging assets.
Lead product marketing initiatives that support customer awareness, education, and adoption across
Oracle Health and Life Sciences’ portfolio, starting with safety and expanding to adjacent areas as the
business evolves, through customer-facing content, webinars, community engagement, and product
awareness campaigns.
Analyze market intelligence, customer insights, competitive dynamics, and marketing performance to
influence strategic business decisions.
Mentor and coach product marketing team members, model best practices, and contribute to the
development of the broader Product Marketing organization.
Support messaging and content strategy for major industry events, executive customer engagements,
analyst interactions, and strategic initiatives.
Champion innovative marketing approaches, including AI-enabled content development, modern
digital engagement strategies, and data-driven optimization.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
