Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through outbound telemarketing calls to promote and sell the bank's consumer banking products and services
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns effectively
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by converting leads into successful sales
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the bank's customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the bank's product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a telemarketing or sales role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns efficiently
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet individual and team sales goals
