The experience is expensive, fragmented, emotionally overwhelming, and operationally messy. We partner with 180+ leading fertility clinics to make treatment more accessible through financing, product innovation, and a modern patient experience.We’re an ambitious, fast-moving team backed by top-tier investors (including Valar Ventures and Atomico), and we’re looking for a product leader to own and scale our consumer growth engine.The RoleThis is not a feature PM role.You will own Gaia’s consumer funnel end-to-end: from first touch through consult booking, financing, and treatment activation. You’ll be responsible for improving conversion, increasing revenue, and helping thousands of patients navigate one of the biggest healthcare decisions of their lives.You’ll work directly with the Head of Product, alongside engineering, design, marketing, operations, and clinic partners.
