Supervise the operations of the unit by organizing the activity/workflow of the plant and making the interface with other teams (Industrial / Maintenance, SIO Center, Business Developer....)How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Operational & Technical Leadership: Oversee daily plant operations, technical support, and shutdown maintenance for nitrogen generators and auxiliary systems to guarantee uninterrupted product supply.
- Efficiency & Energy Optimization: Drive site optimization programs, analyze operational data, and manage end-to-end liquid production, scheduling, and energy efficiency.
- Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety rules, legal regulations, and IMS standards, while actively serving on the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
- Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Plan and execute preventive maintenance, analyzer calibrations, and emergency troubleshooting for planned and unplanned plant shutdowns.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management: Manage daily customer expectations, supply reliability, consumption reporting, and inventory tracking to prevent service disruptions.
Are you a MATCH?
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
- Preferably at least 1-3 years of experience in industrial process operations or production; experience in a related field is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of operational functions, technologies, and equipment used within the company.
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive in seeking clarification or guidance when faced with uncertainty.
