What You Will Do
As the Product Manager – AI, you will drive how artificial intelligence is embedded across our product portfolio, shaping a unified intelligence layer that makes every product smarter, faster, and more valuable to the organisations we serve. You will also own Amplify Equip, our AI-powered content creation module, from strategy through delivery. You will work closely with product leadership, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to bring AI capabilities to market responsibly and successfully.
Key Responsibilities
AI Product Development: Manage the lifecycle of AI features from ideation to launch, including defining use cases, writing product specifications, and partnering with engineering and design to ship AI capabilities across the product portfolio. Owns the completion of committed AI initiatives in the quarter.
AI Landscape & Market Research: Track the evolving AI landscape, including models, tooling, and competitor AI offerings. Translate emerging capabilities into practical opportunities for our customers and define how our AI offering is positioned in the market.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse AI feature usage, adoption, quality, and cost-to-serve. Use analytics and model evaluation data to identify what is working, where output quality must improve, and where investment will return the most value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to launch AI capabilities and enable teams to sell and support them. Serves as the AI product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions. Participates in sprint meetings and backlog refinement sessions.
Customer Feedback & AI Trust: Engage with customers to gather feedback on AI features, output quality, and trust. Champion responsible AI practices so capabilities are accurate, safe, and appropriate for the organisations we serve.
Prioritisation: Prioritise the AI backlog by evaluating business value, customer impact, model feasibility, and cost. Manages the backlog and reprioritises as the AI landscape and customer needs evolve.
Support Execution: Execute AI initiatives and meet deadlines, ensuring timely delivery in alignment with the broader AI and platform strategy. Owns the sprint and quarterly coordination of key AI initiatives, including Amplify Equip releases.
Who You Are
Passionate and enthusiastic about helping purpose driven organisations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of experience in product management, with hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features or products.
Working knowledge of large language models, generative AI tooling, and prompt design; familiarity with AI evaluation, quality, and cost trade-offs is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse usage and model performance data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain AI capabilities and limitations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for responsible AI, customer trust, and product usability.
Experience with tools like Aha, Monday.com, or other product management software is a plus; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
