In this dynamic, high-impact role, you will be instrumental in supporting brand awareness initiatives through both digital marketing strategies—specifically robust email campaigns—and hands-on event execution.</p><p><br></p><p>If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love to travel, and take pride in providing seamless logistical support while building engaging digital outreach, this is the role for you.</p><p><br></p><p>You’ll work closely with the Senior Manager, Field Marketing & Events to ensure every event fuels pipeline, strengthens relationships, and makes Subject impossible to ignore. You’ll support event logistics, coordinate cross-functional planning, and ensure that every Subject event leaves an unforgettable impression — from the first Instagram story to the final lead follow-up. You can turn a product launch into an event, and a conference booth into an experience.</p><p><br></p><p>You know how to inspire your teams, challenge conventional thinking, and build experiences that people remember long after they've seen them.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Event Planning & Management (Support & Execution)</p><ul><li><strong>Logistics Assistance:</strong> Assist with pre-event planning, vendor research, venue communication, promotional material coordination, and post-event follow-ups.</li><li><strong>On-Site Event Support:</strong> Travel up to 40% of the time to assist with event setup, manage registration tables, support attendees and speakers, and help resolve real-time issues on-site.</li><li><strong>Budget & Asset Tracking:</strong> Assist in tracking event expenses against budgets, maintaining inventory of event collateral/swag, and preparing post-event ROI reports.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Email Marketing & Digital Campaigns</p><ul><li><strong>Campaign Strategy & Execution:</strong> Design, build, test, and deploy targeted, engaging email marketing campaigns to drive event registrations and nurture leads.</li><li><strong>Copywriting & Content Creation:</strong> Write persuasive email copy and create visually appealing templates aligned with brand guidelines.</li><li><strong>Segmentation & Database Management:</strong> Manage and segment subscriber lists to ensure relevant messaging reaches specific audience personas.</li><li><strong>Analytics & Optimization:</strong> Monitor and report on email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and run A/B tests to continuously improve engagement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>General Marketing & Collaboration</p><ul><li><strong>Cross-Functional Support:</strong> Work alongside internal sales, creative, and management teams to align marketing campaigns with broader business goals.</li><li><strong>Collateral & Materials:</strong> Coordinate the printing, packing, and shipping of event collateral, signage, and promotional items to venue destinations.</li><li><strong>Market Research:</strong> Stay current on industry trends, competitive event presence, and modern email marketing best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications & Requirements</p><ul><li>Experience: 3-4+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, email marketing, and/or event coordination support.</li><li>You’re not just willing... You want to put in 70+ hours a week because you care deeply about building something great, moving fast, and making your mark.</li><li>Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with Email Service Providers (ESPs) such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.
