- Lead and execute the site's Occupational Health strategy and annual health programs to support employee well-being and business objectives.
- Serve as the site’s health authority and ensure compliance with applicable occupational health, labor, and healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate occupational medical evaluations, including pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, and exit assessments.
- Develop and promote wellness initiatives focused on prevention, ergonomics, vaccination, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles.
- Support workplace injury and illness prevention efforts through health surveillance, risk assessments, and collaboration with EHS and operational teams.
- Provide primary medical care, emergency response, and first-aid support when needed.
- Manage occupational health records, medical data, and reporting processes while maintaining strict confidentiality standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support return-to-work programs and workplace accommodations that enable employee success.
Analyze occupational health trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen workplace safety and employee well-being.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Demonstrated experience supporting occupational health, industrial medicine, employee wellness, or workplace health programs in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of occupational health regulations, workplace injury management, and employee health surveillance practices.
- Ability to assess health risks, analyze data, and recommend preventive actions that improve workplace well-being.
- Experience collaborating across functions to support safety, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.
Working proficiency in English to support collaboration and reporting requirements.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience leading occupational health programs within a manufacturing, industrial, or maquiladora environment.
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements, occupational health metrics, and workplace injury recordkeeping processes.
- Experience supporting audits, compliance assessments, or management systems related to health and safety.
- Training or specialization in Occupational Health, Occupational Medicine, Ergonomics, or related disciplines.
Experience implementing wellness, ergonomics, or return-to-work programs that promote employee success.
