Here, you’ll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.       Preventive Maintenance Specialist IAbout the Role: At Boston Scientific, the Preventative Maintenance Specialist I will manage capital equipment and service programs in support of sales, marketing, and service operations activities for capital equipment. This position will be responsible for the scheduling support, coordination, communication, business transactions, team alignment and issue resolution to ensure on time and successful maintenance and routine service activities for capital equipment.  This position will be a key team member on new and revised service offering projects, product launches, and product marketing programs. This position will support business units in the management of customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction in North America.  Supports department and teams in the resolution of order processing and customer issues. Work Mode: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week, Tuesday-Thursday between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.Visa Sponsorship: Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time.You're Responsibilities Include:Assist in the coordination and scheduling of preventive maintenance service activities for capital equipmentCommunicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on service timelines and customer needsMaintain accurate records of service activitiesAttend service-related meetings and provide updates on assigned tasksRespond to basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior team membersCollaborate with Service Support and Technical Assistance Center teams to resolve routine service issuesContribute to the implementation of service processes for new product launches and marketing programsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with leadershipAdditional responsibilities may include providing flexible, agile support across both the Preventive Maintenance Team and the Service Support Team as business needs require. Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in a support role within Sales Operations, Service Operations, or a regulated industryBasic understanding of quality systems and business operationsStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Required employees to be in our local office at least three days per week Tuesday-Thursday between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM   Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar business systemsFamiliarity with medical device service operations or capital equipmentDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solvingAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environmentRequisition ID: 631081Minimum Salary: $51000 Maximum Salary: $96900 The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com—will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation...
